During the sale of our home in Granada Hills, the inspection found a loose section of roof shingles that needed repair. Our realtor first referred us to another roofer, but their schedule was full for a long time and they could not help us meet our deadline. That same day, we connected with Tracy and explained that we needed the roof repair completed within two weeks so the home sale could stay on track. Tracy quickly stepped in, came out that day to inspect the roof, and started putting together an estimate for the shingle repair. By the next morning, we had the written estimate and contract, along with clear communication that the crew could meet our timeline. The roofing team completed the work within the two-week window and kept the process smooth and stress free. While repairing the shingles, they also found another small roofing issue that had not been noted during the inspection. They clearly explained the repair options, answered our questions, and took care of that item as well. After the work was finished, they followed up with another roof check to make sure everything was done right and that the area was fully cleaned up. We were very impressed with Tracy’s quick response, professionalism, and the quality of the roofing work. The whole experience was efficient, honest, and helpful during an already busy time. I worked with Tracy on a very large roofing project that included a full roof insurance claim for storm damage and roofing work tied to a new addition in Granada Hills. I have worked with many subcontractors, and Tracy stood out by far. Tracy was professional, detailed, honest, and straightforward. The quality of the roofing work was excellent from start to finish, including flashing, gutters, sealing, and shingle installation. Everything was handled with real care and solid craftsmanship. Tracy also took extra time to come back and correct an issue caused by another crew when nails were pushed up through the newly installed shingles. Even though it was not Tracy’s responsibility, Tracy wanted the roof done the right way and made sure the repair was handled properly. We just had our roof replaced. We picked JMT roofing after observing their work at a neighbours home several months ago. I was impressed at the work ethic and professional, courteous nature of the team. Our experience was identical, very nice and hard working team, friendly courteous people. They worked very hard every day, protected our property, worked with us on some timing issues and left the site as clean as possible every day.
